  • Shoulder surgery

I'm going to haves surgery on my shoulder sometime next week to repare some cartilage tears that I have which caused me to keep dislocating my shoulder.

The dr said it would be a 6 month period for recovery. 6-8 weeks of having it in a sling and not doing anything, then I start therapy.

Should I get some gear to help speed up the process?? I'm not real clear on this subject so help me out a little bit fellas.

Bro, i had a total reconstruction and recovered without gear. That being said, i know some people who have talked in detail about this before and the only thing that might help at all really is deca. Supposedly deca helps to strengthen tendons and ligaments as well as lube up the joints some.
