abcess or infection help???

guys i injected in my side delt 3 days ago 1 ml of test susp oil based it hurt going in bad here it is 3 days later or so, i feel like shit and i have this red like patch on top of my bicep been there for a day or soit kinda runs up to my front delt but not really far, and theres no redness at all where i injected at, i havent been running fever but i have noticed flu like symptoms since this last shot, i get the sick feeling from test a lot but i am wonderfing whats the red patch that hasnt left and also wonder why iam still in pain like i just took the shot today or something?
guy would an abcess or infection hit this quick? i mean what should ido, i dont have med insurance someone help

well the redness on my bi comes and goes, light and bright red and it dont go near the shoulder where i injected, besides i used 1 in pin in the side delt

Probably not an infection if it isn't red and feverish at the injection point. Test suspension is probably a hell of an irritant; my guess is it's just irritated/inflamed muscle or facia and will go away in time. If it persists for a few more days or gets worse, see a doctor.

i beleive an abcess/infection takes a couple of days to set in. if its sore the next day, just irratated.

did you shake while injecting?
