  • 100mg prop in the calf

i shot then took the dogs for a walk and now my left calf dosnt hurt but its like i have a major cramp. i have to hold my foot straight or it just tightens up and thats when its uncomfortable . i have been using a heating pad and just a second ago i got up and it cramped up again. my wife rubbed it too. i worked calves yesterday and shoot calves once a week with no probs till now. when i shot i felt a stab of pain like i hit a nerve and had to pull out and shoot an inch down could that be it? will it go away? any suggestions. this SUCKS!

It will take u a few shots to get the muscle used to injection. However, starting off with Prop injections could turn u off
Try sterile water instead. What brand of Prop r u using?

good to hear the soreness is going away....in my experience, EQL was more painful than QV, at least to me anyway

I shoot prop in the calves twice a week, every couple of weeks it happens, sucks, but it happens.
