I am going to do a EQL tren/prop cycle and I read up on using r-ala with the gear since I'm trying to cut, also heard its a good for the liver. I take 100-200 mg/ meal depending on how many carbs are in it. I have also started taking b5 (pantothenic acid) for acne I have already and the acne I'll get when I'm on the cycle. I take 1500 mg. three times a day now (total of 4500mg/day) and I'll cut it down to around 3000 mg/day for maintence. My question is, can I take both of these at the same time? I usually take them both acids at the same time with my three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. My other three meals (total of 6 meals) are smaller. -crombie09

Oh My God don't take those together! The mathematical calculations of the ions won't go together and you'll explode into one huge ball of muscular distrophy! LOL! Wow, some of the questions asked on this board blow me away. If you really want to get rid of the acne, you need some Proactive. It's the best I've ever used by far, no comparison.Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
