I should be starting my cycle soon hopefully, and I want to increase my calories. I work construction, and have a kinda dick boss that doesn't understand that i need to eat more often than his fat lazy ass. Anyways I don't mind it too much now, but i want to maximize my cycle and eat tons....sometimes I don't have breaks for like over 4 hours...do you guys think this will affect my gains at all?

I don't think it'll make a big difference.... but The only REAL problem is that your body can only absorb a certain amount of protien at a shot [ I belive its like 30g] so If ur eating 4 times a day and 70g of protein a meal your kinda fucked [cause your only gonna really get 120g of protien]
