  • eating enough on cycle

    I should be starting my cycle soon hopefully, and I want to increase my calories. I work construction, and have a kinda dick boss that doesn't understand that i need to eat more often than his fat lazy ass. Anyways I don't mind it too much now, but i want to maximize my cycle and eat tons....sometimes I don't have breaks for like over 4 hours...do you guys think this will affect my gains at all?

    I don't think it'll make a big difference.... but The only REAL problem is that your body can only absorb a certain amount of protien at a shot [ I belive its like 30g] so If ur eating 4 times a day and 70g of protein a meal your kinda fucked [cause your only gonna really get 120g of protien]

    JMO though
    EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.

      I never belived that 30g at a time thing................
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

        i eat 6 meals a day...they just don't always get evenly spaced out.

          If you can only digest 30g at a time, then how do big boys like Gunter who weigh around 270 get 1g of protein per lb?

            No one knows how much protein the body can absorb, because it varies from person to person.
