i think that if you chew it up, it causes the time release to be deactivated and that the effects are pretty immediate. there was a post about this on another board. ill try to find it.

Just a comment to you but all the cialis is generic it isnt made by any real company yet and is all underground mostly from China! I usew the 25mg tabs or the liquid which I think works the best and it does kick in pretty fast but slowly which it is supposed to do!
