  • My Cycle and Diet (Please Help!)

    Ok Gents, I am starting my next cycle when I get back from Vegas
    in about 1 week. I need you help to shape my cycle and diet before I begin

    Currently:
    6'
    260lbs
    bf: ??? ~10%, you guess by my pic

    Goal:
    To add approx. 20lbs keeping or lowering bf %
    Keep in mind, my current diet is horrible, no supps, vitamins, I only eat about 3 meals a day.

    1st phase of my cycle
    Week 1-10 M, W, F injections
    Each shot will contain
    1cc t-400
    1cc Ara-Test
    1cc Fina 150mg/ml
    Plus 1/4cc Liquidex orally EOD
    Nolvadex on hand.

    (* Either 150mg of Anadrol weeks 6-10
    or
    75mg of Dbol weeks 5-10) Need some imput here.

    Weekly Totals
    Test – 1950mg
    Fina- 450mg

    All my meals are prepared for me, I have a deal with a local gourmet/health food deli. My personal assistant prepares my supplements.

    Diet:

    Meal 1 7:30am Food P: 50-60g C: 50g
    Extras: Thermorexin, Vitamins

    Meal 2 9:30am Supplements P: 50-60g C: ~8g

    Meal 3 11:30am Food P: 50-60g C: 50-60g

    Meal 4 1:30pm Supplements P: 50-60g C: ~8g

    Meal 5 3:30pm Piece of fruit, Thermorexin

    Workout 3:45 to 5:00

    Meal 6 5:15pm Supplements P:75g
    Extras: 150mg Dextrose, 15-25g Creatine, Vitamins

    Meal 7 7:30pm Food P:75g C:100-125g

    Meal 8 9:30pm Supplements P: 50g

    Totals
    Protein: 400-440g
    Carbs: 390-450g
    Fat: ~30g
    Cals: ~ 3700


    I need you imput
    Keep in mind this is only my first phase!!!!

    Solid frame, about like me. Id guesstimate your closer to 13-14% bf.

    Thats a lot of test. I would also use the fina eod, not 3 days a week.

    As for diet, I would drop off about 75-100g of carbs and replace it with good fats. This should keep you leaner, yet allow the same number of cals without raising insulin so much.

      That pic is so old. Show us some new pics bro I seen those over at elite over a year ago. Either way you're a big guy but I think your calorie intake is too low and your not taking in enough fats as well.
      Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

        Thanks I will throw in a nother cc of fina saturday night

        What kind of fats, some fish oil or something?

        THis whole diet thing is very new to me, normally I just focus on the "supplement" part of my training

        Like I said I had no idea about bf% I am a little leaner right now.

          welcome to FG...fina I would drop to EOD IMO...test? a shit load of it if you ask me, but your a big boy anyway....if you have your diet in check, you can get great results from less test, as you said that your diet sucks, well increasing gear will not yield better results, just wasting money...someone your size should be eating at least 4K a day, if not more...good luck

            ex girl friend took my fing cameras, I am a cheap bastard, dont want to buy a new one. I will borrower my friends digital and take some pics as soon as I get back from Vegas

            I am tripling my cal intake, dont you think if I went higher I would just get fat, shouldnt I increase gradually????

              I pretty much do a gram of test year round, so I think i have to double it for some results

                Good fats to consider are Olive Oil, Flax oil, fish oil caps, natty peanut butter, avocados etc. If your tripling your cal intake, I woudl definitley start off slow. Up your cals from current about 300-500 per week, or else the first few pounds put on will be fat.

                      what the hel are you eating now to maintain? If that diet is triple your current you have a weird ass metabolism.

                        Well lets see
                        on my way to the office I get

                        Bagel with humus
                        OJ
                        Muffin


                        For lunch I have

                        Turkey sub and fruit salad

                        or a chicken cesar salad


                        for dinner I have
                        Steak and potato
                        or like chicken and rice or stuffing

                        or some kind of subway sub

                        I work normally 12 hours a day or so,

                        But I really want to get back into my diet and training like I was in college

                        I do play football and I am a submission fighter

                        I dont know how I am maintaining, 2 months ago I added anadrol to my test (1g per week) I went from 255 to 270
                        but then I had serious relationship problems and I fell back to 250
                        ( I wasnt eating, training and I missed about 2 weeks of shots)
                        but now I am back up to 270 (current diet and 1g test per week)

                        So I dont know

                        I hope with a great diet and better training and some more supps

                        I can get to 280

                          you must have great genetics, i couldnt maintain my left arm on that diet, im sure you will get nice and solid, keep carbs and fat moderate and protein high, which your obviously lacking right now

                            I'd give my left nut to have your metaolism, you big ass mofo.

                            Your cycle looks solid bro. What you REALLY need is a dedicated workout partner like yours truly to keep your ass bustin' in the gym, bro! lol Best thing you got going for you right now is the deal you have with the restaurant to make your meals, as well as your assistant to keep up your supps.

                            Have fun in Vegas my friend. Roll some dice for me while you are there. Catch you when you get back. Be my turn soon to play catch up with you on they cycle (and about 70 pounds bw too!)
