hey guys.. i thought i should go ahead and make a thread about this subject since i wana be onthe safe side..

i'm 2 weeks in 2 my first cycle of test/eq/dbolz...

i'm up 10 lbs and strength is increasing amazingly...

now i'm kinda worried.. if i can lift the weight and it feels light to me.. do i not wana keep pushin my self and adding weghts? i just dont wana injure myself...

today doin deadlifts i gained at least 50 lbs ... ( between 4-6 reps) it didnt even feel heavy .. but i was scared to add more weight ...

tell me any thing u think it may be usefull bros.. thanks for your time

I would continue on if you feel comfortable while lifting. If you feel joint pain of any kind, I would ease the weight down a little.

watch your wrists and elbows. They are extremely sensistive to increased wieght. You could try wrapping them for more support if they fel weak

i don't like wrapping because then you don't build the stabilizing muscles, ect. kind of like wrapping your knees with squats. i would go up in weight as long as you don't feel joint pain, ect.
