IMO going with an approximate 60% absorbtion rate....

Sublingually.....eh.. maybe close to the same, probally a litte lower.

Swallowed, probally 25% if that (20mg).

fina=inj only dmso=you will smell like all holy shit and your skin will get mucked up trust me i tried it 1 time gains were good15 lbs but never agin
