    yeah, it's kind of a paradox. If vinegar slows down absorption, then why does it increase glycogen content over glucose alone? Oh well. Several guys over at the board Nandi hangs out on have used it and said they liked the results. Cheap too

        After reading up on Par Deus's board, the protocol is revised. If one is bulking heavily with lots of carbs (over 400g) only use the vinegar post workout. Also, use citric acid too, so, fill a shot glass half full with vinegar and half full with lemon juice.
