    This is my first cycle. Going to do Enanth & Decca for 12 weeks
    Also Dbol weeks 1-4 and Ip Winny weeks 9-15. It will look like this:

    1-12 Enanthate 500 mgs wk
    1-12 Decca 400 mgs wk
    1-4 Dbol ?
    9-15 IP Winny 50 mgs ED

    The problem is I have 150 naps coming, I thought they were 10 mg but after reading more on this board I believe they must be 5 mg, I haven't recieved them yet. I also have 84 Ttokyo 10 mg Dbols on hand. How should I use 150 naps and 84 Ttokyo 10 mg Dbol tabs? As always any help is greatly appreciated.

    If you use the Naps, do about 30mg's a day for about 5 weeks. The length of time is personal preference, most don't go over 6 weeks, and stay around 4 weeks.

            so are you guys saying not to use the ttokyo? 150 naps at 6 per day is only 25 days.

                Pro is right, you should chill out with all that crap and pace yourself cycle to cycle IMO. Keep adding stuff as you progress so test only should be #1. But since you'll be on gear anyway go ahead and do two substances like your test and dec or the test and winny but all four is ludicrous. You would blow up though. Good luck explaining to people a 30-50 pound weight increase in two and a half months.

                  I own a night club. So I am really a bouncer at heart and I prefer to handle the physical problems whenever possible since I am the one being sued. My point is that I am 255 @ 20+ bf. This summer is my slow time with college out so I plan to cut down to 225 or so knowing that I will get weak and lose some leverage. I am not worried since I will average 300 people a night this summer instead of 1000 per night this fall. So after dropping 30 lbs to lean out I need to get my size and strenth back quick. I hope this kind of makes sense.

                    ya proly want to cut bf% with diet and cardio....befor trying to bulk............im at 18% bf and i wished i would have cut first .......

                      That is what I am doing for the next 12 weeks. Want to get as lean as possible bfore I start. I am not a bodybuilder. I just like to train and be bigger than average. I am just tired of being a fat ass. But i like the leverage that 260 lbs has given me. So if I can cut a lot of fat for the summer and then start the above cycle and get my size back for fall I will be happy. Especially if it makes me as strong as everyone has been talking about.

                        I see you're already a big dude so it's not like you're going from one extreme to the other. A couple other things is that some of the gains strength wise and all in all are only temporary. Try get bf as low as possible, packing muscle and having shit all around it wouldn't be as pleasant as leaner gains. High bf is awsome for strength, the more you weigh fat muscle doesn't matter the stronger you get.That might be a different story but also the dbol and deca can add fat as well as muscle so you're cycle is along way to go for not much improvement.
                        test deca, then cut down and go test eq winny, wait then test dbol fina winny and you'll be a happy camper. you'll still get you strength up and you weight up on the test and deca alone.
