on spotinjection site only shows how to inject in the in to iner heads... i was gona shoot in to outer heads... do u guys do both inside and outside???

toes down, heel up, pushes the muscle out so you dont need to flex it, 5/8" pin, 25g or smaller...aspiration is amust and fire away..dont go over 2cc, or you'll have a bit of a limp

Yeah what doom said I would go in slow though, I have hit some pretty big nerves down there and its not fun if you have some velocity on that pin. However I do 3cc all the time and never had a lump?? I go 1.5" deep though usually.

Inner and outter calves are my favorite inject site. The calves are dense muscles and you must inject slowly to let the oil difuse into the muscle. I use 25g 1"-1.5" pins depending on what and how much Im putting into them.

i just prick the skin on the calves and im yelling. but anywhere else is a peice of cake for me to do
