i saw these pills at natural food store.. it says helps release natural growth hormon... lol now i know its probibly useless.. but just wondering any one actually tried it??

GH cant be absored the stomach lining, what you saw is most like a secreatgue(sp?) pre cursor, they supposedly boost GH and IGF-1 levels...Comment

the only thing that I know of that has clinically been proven to make your body release more gh than normal is the blood pressure med. catapress, and I don't believe it raises your level much.What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible
