IMO HCA is a waste of money. You can find it at any health food store. Citrimax is one type made by Natrol. It is supposed to have an enzyme that blocks excess carbs from turning into fat, but the debate is still out on it kinda like Chromium Picolonate. Hca is found in some thermogenic stacks. Hydroxycut by muscle tech has HCA in it. I have used it by itself many times and did not notice a bit of difference.Comment
