you know your getting bigger.
i know i am because my necklace that use to dangle around my neck and look too big, its a 18" necklace, now its snug and looks a lil tight. when its starts to look bad i will get a new one. but till then.
i got the necklace when i had a pencil neck breaking the tape at a huge 15 maybe 15.5". now im a 17" neck. you dont gain1.5-2 inches in your neck and not notice your getting bigger. i cant imagine how my neck would be if i was retaining water, thank god im not.
just a little boost for self esteem.

That is one of the best feelings in the world, when you know your body has improved (number 1 feeling is having sex lol)
