3 days a week. Tuesday because I don't have class until 11:00, Saturday and Sunday. First thing in the morning upon waking, I throw down a 25g protein isolate shake (0g carbs) right before I run. The protein takes a bit to get digested and my cardio only lasts about 20-30 minutes. Other than that, I lift 7 days a week now so I figure that's plenty of excersize. I don't want to over train.

I'm not currently on a cutting cycle, but...
I never do, nor have ever done cardio. Well, I've never done cardio in the truest sense of the word. I am active in sports and such. But you'll never find me on a treadmill, doing aerobics, or jogging.
If my diet is in check, that's all I need. And I've dieted down to some pretty low bf percentages.

I have been doing 30 + minutes first thing in the morning 3-4 times a week low to moderate intensity and I really have not been too pleased w the results so far. I am considering eliminating the cardio and just changing my workout by super setting everything. Which is almost like cardio because you use so much energy following that kind of workout. It is extremely exhausting.

I had my share of cardio while in the Army Special Forces and I do not like it anymore heh. I could prob get much more cut, but I'm happy with my physique the way it is right now. It's better to burn out, than to fade away...
