I think because of being in the UNIon they have to follow union laws (EU) and steroids are illegal to EU. I lived there and always found sources from turkey and such. I could not get anyone to hand it over. I even speak italian and they said no. If you can't even speak italain they will just turn you away (vet places). but maybe in a pharm. they would hand it over to a tourist for a price. In italy everything can be bought for a price by a tourist. Good luck - Natoli
