how much do you keep growing on? i grew like a madman when i started this cycle, yes it was my first, the Dbol made me blow up, then the sust and deca kicked in i stopped Dbol, and i only grow in small amounts. i cant seem to break the 210 mark. I know that i should eat more but i am eating everything i see. the only thing i dont do is eat breakfast, but then again i dont wake up till mid morning then i have a lunch type meal then i eat 4 more times thoughout the day.
i eat steak, greenbeans, and pineapple. most of the time, i have 4 optimum protein shakes a day, and i usually have a subway Roasted chicken breast. what else can you suggest i eat.
my gf didnt see me for three weeks (she lives at home during the summer, college is rough on relationships) and said i had gotten bigger. but i havent gained any weight. im still at 205-210 and i only have 7% bf. So its not like i lost fat and gained muscle.
i mean im on atleast 750 of sust, and 500 deca. i should be growing and i dont overtrain. i work one major body part a day. 5-6 days a week.
If i went back on Dbol for a few more weeks mid cycle would i grow again or just waste the remaining Dbol i have?
