My nipples are a little tender so I am gonna start my nolvadex. What does should I do? Is this gonna inhibit some of my gains?

I dont have a lump and ive never gotten gyno before. I have always had kinda puffy nips since puberty.

I got puffy nipples from my cycle... and possibly a small lump... but very small...

I hope my nolva will get rid of the puffyness.......

I can run nolva along with clomid, will that help with recovery ??

Lxorl yes you can run that clomid along with nolvaded it won't hurt and some people need to as it keeps estrogen down while coming off a cycle.

When you come off a cycle you should be ok when gyno sets on it is very aggrevated and much puffier than it will be permanently so if yo ubarely have puffy nips chances are you won't have any permanent enlarged breast tissue.

but keep in mind that now you know that you are estrogen sensitive so you need to be ready for it next cycle.
