  • Is AAS worth it if cutting?

Could use some vets inputs on this. Hypothetical scenario, for now

At 5' 9" 180 lbs 10% bf, with a goal of 6-7% bf (want ripped abs and veins to see what it's like this summer and on AAS (say tren/prop/win), would one see more benefical change in body comp by adding lean mass, or going hypocaloric and preserving lean mass while melting the fat.

    1) for example, I could see a 3% drop in bodyfat while maintaing all LBM. Final measurements of 5' 9" 172lbs 7%

    2) I could add 20 lbs of lean mass thereby arriving at
5' 9" 200 9% bf. Does either scenario sound realistic? Would all those extra mitochondria at 200 lbs make the cut to 7% bf that much easier?

I look forward to hearing your opinions.

if you can add 20 lbs of pure lean muscle, go for it. i'd rather be 200@9% than 172@7%. good luck
