The Serono's are 18iu of GH per vial (7 vials per kit), how much H2O you add is up to you.
They are both good, just make sure you're getting a good deal (don't pay over $500 a kit) and, more importantly, that your source is HIGHLY supported by the mods. Don't take a chance with getting fakies when you're spending that kind of kizzy.
I've only used the seronos and was very happy with them, but the trend seems to be towards Eurotechs for various reasons, so I would choose those if the price was the same.
