    Taking Nolva at night?

    When I start my nolva I will be taking 10mg at night. Should I take it with water and a meal or just water ?

    i take mine on a empty stomach with water in the am

      it doesnt really matter when you take it and if its on a empty stomach or not. I do however, take it, first thing in the morning when only taking 10mgs' Sage
