how to stop bloating?

I got a little problem,I am retaining 2 much water on deca and cyp,and i was waiting for arimidex unfortunaltly it dosn't look like it is gone b here for a while,wat r some things i can do 2 reduce it or stop it?I look like a watermelon.my buddy said cardio????anybody has any opinions?

It appears estrogen has reared its ugly head, hence the bloat. Decrease your sodium intake, and if your nips are starting to get puffy get Preparation-H and apply it there.

Taraxaton like 20$$ at GNC or taraxatrim is vitamen world brand its only $5 works really really good should take care of it tell you can get some liquidex.....Has any one ever tried Taraxaton or Taraxatrim ? Ive been useing it for like 3 years on and off its effects for me are amazing but dont last long. I Take a hole bottle in 3 days. makes you very vasculer.

I usually run 10mg Ed during my entire cycle. It works great as a psuedo-estrogen for cholesterol levels. The theories of gain hindering are overrated and irrelevant IMO. Your on so much anabolics that the amount IGF that it "may" lower is insignificant.

OTC duiretics work well for bloat. Keep on eye on your potassium levels.
