I just ended a 500mg/week 12wk ICN Test Enanthate cycle. I gained 20lbs total with NO Sides and I dont see any noticable bloat - I never had to use any of my Nolva for gyno or anything. Im very pleased with my results. Ive been taking 10mg Nolva ED for close to 3 weeks now just to possibly help jump start the recovery though.
I plan to run the standard clomid therapy starting soon and then the Nolva along with it at 10mg EOD.
Ive also thrown in ZMA and Creatine just to help in any way I can. (along w/ my normal stuff)
This was my first cycle and I dont know what to expect. Im worried that I will notice a huge drop in strength and start losing muscle. I dont know what to expect really so Im a bit paranoid. Im still in early 20's though so Im hoping along w/ my post cycle recovery plan I can bounce back quick.
I plan to keep my calories about the same for 3-4 weeks. With the exception of less carbs at night possibly. After this period I will begin to slowly reduce calories just a bit and start doing some low intensity cardio 2-3 times a week. I didnt gain a lot of fat or anything but I would like to eventually trim a little around the midsection. I just dont want to lose a lot of these gains.
I was going to take 3-4 days off Right when my Nat. Test should be at its lowest. What time do you think this should be. About 2 weeks after last injection (same as when I start clomid)?
Any advice or changes I should make? Any tricks that have seemed to work for you guys?
Losing the 24/7 pump look is going to suck too. I dont want to get off. Its a lot easier to see how ppl can give in an abuse AS by running them way too long.
Still, Health First. All I can do now is look forward to Next Winters Bulking cycle and what I can do better.
