After suspecting my QV EQ was fake and getting feedback from many good bros on the boards, I sent an email to QV to find out for sure. I've pasted the exact email I received back from them today:
Dear Dr. *****:
In response to your inquiry, we want to inform you that according to the
description of the product you have, it is a fake one.
Unfortunately, we noticed that there are dishonest people who are
manufacturing fake products.
We kindly suggest you to visit our website www.qualityvet.com.mx, so you can
see how our original QV products presently look like.
For our newest batches, we have added a little dog face on the box and the
following inscription "USO VETERINARIO EXCLUSIVAMENTE" .
