  • what do u guys think of my cuttin cycle?

    this is what my diet looks like (below)

    now im runnin t3/clen/prop/fina/winny also , and im doin 30min of cardio on empty stomach before 1st meal... u think i lll get good results from this??? i still gota add some flex oil to the diet though...

    any other comment is welcome!

    Meal 1: 6 eggwhites (21, 2, 0)
    2 eggs (12.1.2.10)

    1 protein ( 22, 3, 1.5)

    2:00

    Meal 2: 2 protein shake (with carbs is fine ie., ultramet)
    (44, 6, 3)

    4:00

    Meal 3: 1 chicken breast ( 23, 0, 1.2) fried ( 26.5, 11, 20)
    1 leg ( 10, 3, 6)
    few brocolli
    0.5 cup brown rice (2.4, 22.3, .9)
    (38.9, 36.3, 26.9)

    6:00
    Meal 4: 1 chicken breast (23, 0, 1.2)
    1 cup brown rice (4.9, 44.7, 1.8)
    (27.9, 44.7, 3)

    9:00
    Meal 5: 2 cup apple juice (0, 58, 0.6)
    2 protein shake (33, 6, 3)
    (44, 64, 3.6)

    11:00
    Meal 6: 1 chicken ( or protein shake) ( 23, 0, 1.2)
    1 glass of milk ( 8.1, 11.9, 1.8)

    Is apple juice post workout? Fructose is better at replacing liver glycogen than muscle glycogen. Dextrose or malodextrin is a better choice, or even some powerade.

      Id also dont get no carbs in the morning than more at night. If anything put the cabrs in the morning and post workout. I think you would do much better if carbs were around 100g and fats around 100g

        pro, bro do u mean total 100g of carb and fat??? yes the apple juice is for post workout, i workout at 8PM ...

          hey bull what happened to keto? i am about to drop it and do a diet similar to yours bro this super low carb sucks.

            id up the protein to about 300 grams at least. but that is just me.

              ya i changed my mind on the keto ... ill see how this works.. if not seein results illdo keto... i really dont think with all the shit im takin and all the cardio i need a keto.. i heard u dont even need cardio on keto...

              well see how this goes

                  bro i would drop the keto in a heartbeat but i have too much time invested and $ in groceries LOL i feel like crap all the time i worked legs today ad superset everthing now i have a splitting headache i took 15 grams of dextrose with my creatine and BCAAs after the workout and felt great for 10 minutes then got dizzy. i dont think i can hang with it.

                    ya bro i hear u i had headache all day yesterday... it sux big time.. and on a chest day i was as dead as a leg day.. i was dizzy and light headed... no way i can do legs with 2000 cals total.. lol if i were u i would stick it out though bro u already in ketosis might as well take advantage of it...

                          Hey guy

                          Actually I have realized if you stick with the keto (under 20 grams of carbs per day) and lots of fat 65-70% fat and 30-35% Protein and use some glucose disposal agents (Vanadyl, Chromium, and maybe some glucorell) after a few days when you actually go into ketosis you will feel alot better, almost a euphoric state of mind. But I agree the first few days SUCK. You feel like total hell. Maybe the 15 grams of dextrose is keeping you on the edge of getting into ketosis but not actually there yet. From what I understand when trying to get into ketosis you should try to eliminate ALL SUGAR. Are you using keto sticks to measure? The first time I tried to get into ketosis it took almost 5 full days which I think is a little abnormal but I suffered through it. And when i finally got there I felt great. My energy was up and I also needed less sleep. I am using alot of oils for FAT. Flax, Borage, sunflower, safflower and olive oils. Make sure you also get enough saturated fat too. Because Saturated fat is the best fat for energy. Olive oil is mostly Mono fat and the others are predominatly poly fat. You may know all this already but if you don't it might help you if you decide to try keto again.

                              i dunno bro.. im gona give this diet a try... for 4 weeks... lets see how it goes... if its goin good ill continue.. if not ill do keto for 8 weeks ...

                              I have a feeling this diet is workin though..
