Planning on getting back on AS when my shoulder feels good enough to start training again. I go to physical therapy soon for it, and within a couple weeks I'll be back on.
The question I have is, it's summertime, love going out and playin ball durin the day and what not. The thing is if I am playing basketball 3 times a week at a pretty intense level, with this harm my body? I've read to much cardio can enlarge the heart?
Also, I was thinking about getting back on towards the end of JUly, but I am leaving for football practices start Aug 15, triple sessions, and then onto the games. Would it be a smarter to get off AS before I start football back up since it might not be safe to play football while on AS? Or does it not matter?
