I've taken insulin humalin r before, and only gained 10 pounds 4 weeks. I took 10iu after training sessions around 5pm. I think i need to take a second shot maybe in the morning. My question is do I need to do some cardio before my shot. If I don't will i gain fat? Maybe a smaller dose in the morning? I eat good so I dont have to worry about hyper. Feed back please.
I'm also taking
1500mg sust
525mg tren
On my fourth week of 12 and I would like to add insulin for 3-4 weeks.
i'm shooting 10-12 units post workout. i'd go higher but i've had two hypoglycemic episodes before and if you've ever had one you'd know why i won't go higher.
hasn't been long so i can't tell you if it's doing anything. i am going to get a glucometer on ebay.
But if I take without working out will that cause me to get fat. I would like to take 10iu's in the morning and 10iu's post workout in the aftrenoon. What do you guys think.

I was always told that you needed to take it after a workout. But one of my bros told me he takes it in the morning without working out. This is very important, because the fat you gain on insulin is very hard to lose.
I believe that one of the reasons why people gain fat while on slin is because they become more insulin resistant. When you are constantly raising your bodies insulin levels, you become insulin resistant. Simply put, if your insulin resistant, your cells- especially the muscle cells, become less respsonsive to insulin(which decreases the ammount of nutrients stored in them). Thus, more of the nutrients will be stored as fat. Supplements like r-ala and metformin increase your bodies insulin sensitivity as do proper diet and excercise.
