  • Books? (old school veterans are welcome on this one)

Hey can any of you guys recommend any book/s on AS, HGH, etc.. that at least begins in full laymans terms and can take me from beginner/ layman to educated beginner/layman? I'm looking to get quite a bit more educated on AS and similar topics.

    Thanks guys.

      Thanks guys.

I started reading The Anabolic reference guide, The world Anabolic review 1996 and Bodyopus by Dan Duchaine. Check those 3 out all are pretty good books.

I just finished the E-book "Chemical Muscle Enhancement" available on elite fitness.com

      Good Luck

The Laymonds guide to Steroids 1 and 2 by Mick Hart is available on Kazaa. Not a bad read.

            AceDaBoss,

What did you think of Chemical Muscle Enhancement, seemed like the author had some nice credentials?

Oh, don't forget Amazon, type in Steroids, and you'll get 50-75 hits.
