Have to chime in casue I love the vacular look you have going there my friend. I have been bulking for the past 20 weeks and miss my vascular look when I was at 9% BF. My veins are dissapearing, I have to flex real hard just to see the top four of my abs. I want to cut so bad ...

How big are your arms ?? Don't be offended but I'm guessing around 16"

For whatever reason my g/f doesnt like wide backs, so I work on mine anyway because I do.

Fairly easy to maintain your current stats? I have to work like hell to stay at 10%.

Once I start soccer, my BF% never goes over 7%.

I'm going for 4%....lol I'm at 6% now. Its going to take me about 4-5 weeks to get it done.

No offense taken, 16-17", depending on the day. Semi-pumped after a bball game 17". Cold 16". Never measured them totally pumped after an arm workout. I don't really put much stock in measurements.
