Been reading some of his manuscripts from his seminars he says some pretty wild stuff. ie 30,000 calories a day, 15lbs of rice, 3 hours of lifting blah blah blah all the normal spouting of a pro. OF course you have to be skeptical as most HUGE guys rely on their genetics more than knowledge. HOWEVER this guy is pretty unreal his chest thickness I think is unmatched in professional bodybuilding and his legs are unreal.
I am skeptical of everything as you must be in this game however 5'10" 360lbs off season means you are doing something right.
