        The best effect you get from combination: Ephedrine/Coffeine/Aspirin.

        Are you sure about your cycle?

        Is it 2000mg of Test Enanthate a week + 100mg of Anadrol a day?

        For how long?

        Who told you to take such high dose of Testo?
        What's your history and stats?

          thats what im taking
          ijust decided to go hard over the summer afrter 14 weeks of that its 8 of 50 a day of winny
          i want to widen my frame
          and dont want to get thin im only 220 at 6'2 so i want to fill out my hieght

            If your 19, and 220 as you say.......you shoudl be able to do this and grow leaps and bounds.......
            I saw you post below, how the hell do you expect to grow off of 90 grams of carbs? Or fluctuating between 2500 cals and 3900?

            Try 500mg of Ethanate a week
            400 grams of protein
            400 grams of carbs
            120 grams of good fats

            and, if you cant grow off of that, take up Golf!!!!!!

                the 90 grams was only today im sticking at 290 is that too little for carbs?the carbs are just under 4000 is that ok?

                    To little to little

                    Aim for 20 cals per pound and a little less than 2 grams of carbs per pound, im in favor of more fat in the diet than most would recomend.

                        I know you arent taking abombms for 14 weeks at 100 (unless I misread). At 19 6'2 '220 man you don't need much.

                        500 enanthate 1-12
                        50mg abombs 1-5

                        nlolva

                        Thats 20 lbs and 10-12 of muscle with the right diet and training...and sleep.

                        You prob look decent now....don't make yourself look like a meathead to all the chicks, from 2 grams of test and 100mg of anadrol.

                        You are still a growing boy....don't mess yourself up. I was 6'5 230 at 19 but a bit soft, so I know the desire you have. just do an avg cycle....I prmise you will be more than satisfied

                            Aim high? What your blood pressure? Your hairloss? You higher risk for cardiovascular problems at the age of 20 then most have at 40?
