  • quick dbol question

    hi all, i have a quick question on dbol ( i have tried the search before anyone asks but there is just too much on dbols alone)
    i want to start taking 25mg ed as part of my first cycle with 500mg of test enanth..
    now the question is how would you recommend spacing 25mg in 3 doses.. im thinking 10mg @8am, 10mg @2pm followed by 5mg@8pm..
    that way ill be at the highest during the day while im eating and training etc..
    whats your ideas?

    bro that sounds pretty solid to me. i did d-bol for 5 weeks on my last test deca cycle and instead of waiting the gains started coming quick. good luck

      i ran it for 3 weeks in my last cycle

      10mgs at 7:00am
      10mgs at 3:00pm
      10mgs at 11:00pm

        Your best bet would be to divide up the doses like you said...

          What time is your workout?

          Have you considered taking 5mg every 3 hrs 5 times?
          Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
          Then it goes much deeper.

            hi all thanks for the replies, i thought of doing 30-35mg a day but id perfer to run it at a lower dose but for longer so my gains are slower but hopefully more permanant. i have plenty of clomid, nolva, and i have proviron on order, i also have some spiro and frusemide in case water bloat becomes a big problem, this is my first real cycle and i just want to get it right first time.

            ill give it a bash and see how it goes..

              you'll definately get the water retention, no doubt about it...test and deca, yep you'll get it...good luck with your 1st one....

                  bump it to 30mg a day and take it in 10mg doses, trust me ull feel a difference. Shit go to 40mgs a day!

                    i take 50 a day i do 20 in afternoon 20 before worout at 5 and 10 after workout
