If anyone thinks I am friends with this scumbag you are welcome to ask some of the mods, I asked on the secure forum a while back if he was a legit source and they said they didn't know. If he was my friend why would I ask if he was a legit source?

OOPS, made a mistake here. Sorry Basskiller. The Iceman's ALA sticky is at another board, Intense-Training. Not necessarily the same guy. Maybe the iceman here at FG is just another imposter trying to make a buck on someone elses good name. People like that are beneath contempt.
