  • Is it still good?????????

I have insulin and the date on the bottle says Aug 1 2004. I was wondering if it is still good. It has been in my safe since probably Feb or march.. Also it is Humalin R. I want to use insulin in my next cycle and am curious if I need to buy a new stash.

    you have garbage bro:

An insulin vial in use may be kept at room temperature (below 86°F [30°C]) for up to 4 weeks as long as it is kept away from direct heat or sunlight. Insulin vials (opened or unopened) that have been kept at room temperature longer than 4 weeks should be thrown away.

yup. Unless you have a safe that doubles as a fridge, you have crap.
