and I will be going away on a trip [7days all inclusive cuba] in the middle of my cycle and will not bring any nolva.....will the 7day half life cover me??

It would be irresponsible of me to tell you it is safe to stop taking nolvadex for a 7 day trip and risk you getting gyno symptoms. Depending on how long you have taken nolvadex you will feel the effect of it for 2-3 weeks after discontinued use. But this is info garnered for it's intended purpose as a cancer drug. and it is not in the context of using the drug and taking breaks.

My Guide to Prescription drugs state this of missing a dose:
"Take as soon as you remember. If your next dose is within 2 hours, take a single dose now and skip the next one."

gyno is not as serious as breast cancer but I wuold not risk it. Plan your cycle and post cycle around any events that will prevent you from maintaining your usage.

Good advice...especially the part about planning your cycle and post cycle around any events that will prevent you from maintaining your usage. Why would you go on a cycle, when you know you'll have to take a week off from the juice and training half way through? Either way have fun in Cuba
