So, according to your pm, if guys at elite take 2gs its ok? Lol. Your 19, i havent even ran 1 gram yet, im 25, and carry about 30 lbs more pure muscle than you. You need to be worry more about your protein, carb and fat grams, than your steroid grams. Until you learn that.........your wastign your money, time, and most of all my sympathy, i have none for you. So dont act like your the victim here.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Dude, I'm 6'2" and have been to 240 and I dont even consider a gram of test a week. More is not better unless you have the size to require it, otherwise your just asking for gyno. My next cycle will be 650mg test/wk between prop and enan, and some EQ/Dbol thrown in the mix.
Weight gain comes from food, not from oil in your ass.

If you don't gain off a gram a week at age 19, you might consider sending your "gear" to get tested. and post your diet and workout routine. You also cant just work out in the summer and take the rest of the year off.What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible
