    I hear ya man. Luckily with my job, i make somewhat my own hours, and get time for good nutrition. I think you need to add more fat to your MRPS as long as make them with milk. a cup of skim milk and a TB or two of natty PB will go a long way

    I would suggest staying at 500mg of test, and possible add some deca or tren. I think so much test only goes so far.

      im on 2000 mgs a week of enanthate
      100 mg a day of anadrol (for four weeks)
      50mgs of d bol(for 8 more weeks)
      then winstrol 50 mgs a day

      can anyone help or give me their thoughts

        I have to agree with leanandmean here. I prepare 3-4 meals to take with me each day in a cooler and munch on them while I'm working. I make the time during the day to eat them and I always make sure I don't come home at night without everything I need to prepare more meals for the next day. It ain't easy, but it is necessary.

          my day starts at 5 am i work out until 6:30 get to work at 7 am i eat breakfast before work i am in charge of two buildings and i am running around for 12 hours taking care of my job. i have a manager that watches me to make sure my job gets done and i get an hour for lunch. i cant just stop for 10 minutes to have a snack. i dont expect you guys to understand this but this is how it is. i drink plenty of water and protien and wieght gainers but i need more food to eat as well but i just dont have the time. i still gain but not as much as i would like too. i get off of work around 7 or 8 at night and try to spend time with my 6 month old and 2 year old and my wife as well. plus eat dinner and shower and get to bed at a decent hour so i can be up at 5 agian it is very rough.
