i had to go to the hospital because of very bad pains in my lower stomach. i just started my cycle 9 days ago with fina,prop and cyp. they ran a blood test and found that my liver values were 88 and 324 alt & ast. the normal should be under 40 and under 55. it came out that i have a urinary track nfection and gastritus. i'm wondering if it has to do with the steroids or not, the doctor really didn't know much about them.

That was not caused by steroids bro, you didn't take any orals and nothing you took will affect you in 9 days. That was pre-existing condition IMO, get it treated.Comment

yeah probally not from the steroids but i know it wasn't pre-existing because about a month ago i had it tested and they were 18 & 21. and even when on dbol the highest it went ot was 133.Originally posted by BigD

Steroids can dampen your immune system, which can make an infection more likely. Also, urinary tract infections in men are often due to prostate enlargement, which can also be caused by steroids.
I agree that there probably wasn’t enough time for the actual steroids to cause the problem. I do think that in all likelihood it was a coincidence.
Maybe one of your injections – not from the steroids – but from the actual injection itself, was the cause of the infection.

lots of water and fiber and suma root at 2000mg every day it will regenerate your liver...in just over a month.....
suma has no toxic level and is taken at 28g a day for cancer treatment ........suma is the best thing you can do for your liverComment

yeah the doctor didn't know what it was from he said it could have been a lot of things. i worked out really hard the day before and i heard that will make it go up. and yes a uti is sometimes caused by enlarged prostate, but is there anyway i can have the size of my prostate checked? they took x-rays of my whole upper body and said it looked fine but i don't know if you can tell by that , that the prostate in bigger. eihter way i'm not stoping my cycle i'm just going to try to work through it and beat it and hopefully things work out. i'll be checked again in a few days and let everyone kow whats goingonComment

Shit man, if you're only on this cycle for 9 days, I would come off now because of this. Take it as a loss and recover the best you can. You don't know what's going to happen shortly down the road...hopefully nothing, and probably nothing...but who knows. Why throw away 3 weeks of a cycle, when you only have to throw away 9 days? I say come off now, and wait this thing out...then start up again. Just my opinion, either way good luck dude!I bend but I do not break.Comment

Have you partied recently. I learned in the hospital last year that one day of binge drinking can mess with your liver values for a few days at least. I don't know what juice you are taking, but are you taking ALA? Tylers? These really help during a cycle.Comment

An infection of just about any kind will send your liver values skyrocketing. I’m fairly sure that is the cause of his extremely elevated levels.
Whether or not the steroids had anything to do with the infection is anyone’s guess.Comment

i stopped the fina and feel better now i think thats the problem. i'm going to try to filter it again because i believe the filter broke.Comment
