Yes...legal. I don't think you would see alot more "big" guys around. First it still takes alot of hard work and most people aren't going to do the work it takes. second of all most people even if on AS wouldn't be big because they don't watch the diet end of it worth a crap...they just take a big cycle and then ***** that their gear was bogus because they only gained 5 - 6 lbs in 12 weeks. After all they ate like 5000 calories aday(most of which were carbs) and didn't get drunk more than twice a week. Seen alot of this personally in gyms I have been in and it is amazing how alot of people think that AS are instant muscle...just add human. No hard work neccessary. At least let doctors prescribe them with supervision.

i like the fact that they're hard to get for many.....even though i know steroids are def not a substitute for hard work, i just think if any asshole could get them it wouldnt be the same...my out of control physique would be a lil more ordinary...lol

I don't think they should be OTC for sure, but I believe their use and possession should be decriminalized like it was until 91. If we all had to go to the doc and he'd just write us a script and do our checkups, bet we'd all get bigger faster, and US human grade gear from the pharm can't be beat. Also... well damn, that's more than enough for me, I vote it should be legal but not OTC!!

we live in a country where tobacco is legal but certain artificial sweetners are banned that are legal in canada because if you feed a rat 1 gallon of it a day for 2 years the rat may get cancer.

all we need is to get steroids legal for any period of time. a huge company will start making lots of money off of it and lobby (bribe) US senators like the tobacco companies to keep it legal.

drugs laws in the united states aren't based on whether or not the drug is harmful or if it will affect the health care system. they're based on money just like anything else.... and anyone can be bought.

I wonder how large the use of AAS is in European countries where AAS are largely availabe OTC? AAS are easily got at pharmacies here, but it isn't a case of widespread use in gyms. Most people view it as a drug at the end of the day, and like too much alcohol or any smoking choose not to take risks.

If AAS were legal would individuals be limited on how much they could use by doctors? If so a black market would spring up as people would also want to use larger amounts than allowed to gain an edge.

I can't see totally unmitogated use ever being legal.

And just in case anyone has forgotten, let's mention this again. They WERE legal for 40 years! Unscheduled, go to your doc and get a script or get them wherever you liked, totally legal. Weren't any more big guys then. They weren't made schedule III until 1991, and I personally think that was a mistake. It may never be remedied, however, changing them back to unscheduled will NOT results in masses of kids and idiots on juice... not anymore than there already are at least. And this way, at least we could have the body we want without the chance of ruining our futures, unlike women who simply want bigger boobs than nature intended, god forbid ours is at least real.
