  • Fina Insomnia round 2.

    Ok - last night I got all of 2.5 hours of very half-assed sleep. I can feel insomnia setting in again tonight allready. I cannot go on like this. I just took 4 tylenol PM and 2 valerian root. God, please let me fall asleep tonight...

    The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

    Id drop the Tylenol. Harsh on your liver.

    Try some Benadryl, Kava Kava, Melatonin, Magnesium Zinc combo or a combanation of the above.

        Go get some of the stuff I listed then. Benadryl knocks me out. Its cheap. Ive had good sucess with Mag/Zinc.

        It sucks not being able to sleep though. Especially when you have to get up early.

          What about some valiums...they seem to do the trick for most people that i know.

            I wouldnt have gone that route with my answer, but valiums, xanax, ghb, thc, soma, about any narcotic can possibly knock you out for the night.

              How about dropping the dosage on the fina.
              I had a similar experience my first go-around at 75mg EOD, but not nearly as bad, mainly just some night sweats for a couple weeks...
              Obviously it's working, and evidence of one side effect is evidence of impending other side effects, so I'd cut the dose in half and see what happens.

                Ive had insomnia too and on fina also. I take Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg soft gells. I usally take 6 each night and it always knocks me out in about an hour. I'd try it out and see if it works bro.

                  sorry bro...I'm waking up with sweats around 3 am myself and can't go back to sleep...Stay the hell away from the narcotics, as I know your smart enough to do so..I'll keep you company if I'm up lol

                    Fina and dbol are definetely the worse for me and insomnia. Atarax works well although it may take a few days to get adjusted.

                          I got some sleep last night, thankfully. I'll go pick up some unisom today.

                          I'm taking 150mg ED. At this dose, the side effects come on hard. But man, my workouts are frosted like a flake and goliath.jr feels GGRrrreeaaat!

                          I've only got one week to go before I begin post sycle therapy.
