  • Salmon FAT

I usually eat keta salmon ... 1 can per day to supplement the omega 3 fatty acits in my diet...[ a cutting diet ]....this contains approx 10g of fat....today I bought coho salmon and ate the can ...when I was done I relized THIS CAN SAID 10g of fat per 100g [the can contains 200g]...whats up with that???? is it bad for my diet to contain 20g of fat from salmon.....

I am consuming approx 200g protien, under 90g carbs [from oatmean and yams] and approx 40g of fat............[it works GREAT for me]

anyways is this fat good for me or should I return the other cans and stick with my keta salmon

I know WRONG forum but IM FREAKING OUT AND NEED ANWSERS

Most of that fat bro is good for you, that is why they tell you to eat fatty fishes(the only time you can eat an animal high in fat)because the fats that are in the fish contain Omega 3 and 6 EFA's so you shouldn't worry about it bro.
