I wasn't actually looking for a source, I looked for a minute the other day on the internet for it and I was just wondering if I should bother looking any more.

It just seems like everybody who says "don't do it" has done it, just like the people who like it. It seems like it can be relatively safe as long as you are very strict about it's use and don't push it. The reason why people end up getting hurt on it is because of the more is better attitude. There is some really great information here
DNP FAQ on using DNP relatively safely. I'll post here as soon as I find out whether you need a license to buy this stuff.
