    I wanted to get the opinions of guys who have experience with cycles, thus i posted in this forum. Hope this is ok.

    I will be starting a tren/test/winny cycle in a few weeks to hold on to some muscle, maybe add some lean body mass while cutting. My question is... for those of you who have cut up using juice, how low do you take your calories? And what kind of macro breakdown do you use when cutting up? For the record, i'm 185 5'9" at 10-12% bf if you wanted my stats. Thanks bros.

    you're for sure gonna put on some muscle with tren and test bro!!! those two together work wonders.
    this is what im doing right now with my cutting cycle:

    -pro 250g (1000 cals)
    -carb 75-100g (3-400 cals)
    -fat 75g (675 cals)
    totals cals = roughly 2000 calories a day

    that's just my guideline, i really take in more like around 300g pro a day. but basically a 50/30/20 diet

    with a low cal and reduced carb diet aided by good cadio, the fat will drop. also as you gain pounds of muscle for the tren/test/winny, you'll burn even more fat just preserving the muscle!! man i love how that works.

      thats basically the numbers ive been playing with....now im gonna drop the calories a tad by lessening the carbs to around 60 grams a day..mostly post workout.....i will have 2 days during the week where i raise the carbs into the 100 gram range so i don't fall flat....dropping the carbs i will add a lil more fat to my diet, mainly from flax and CLA...time to get
      F@#%ing RIPPED.....raising the cardio intensity a little......this method did me wonders for last summer (got to 7%) trying to improve on that

        i might end up dropping the carbs down a little too. but it's only been 3 days for me so i think i'll see how this works out . im gonna get friggin ripped too! glad to see so many people cutting right now, tons of info and ideas to be shared

          hey bro, i tried searching all day yesterday, but i couldn't get any hits. I think it's because there are a lot of key words you could use. Any idea what some of the threads were called or what key words I should hit up the search engine with?
