Did 1st Delt Injections...What Else Is Good For The Delts?

I did my first delt injections on Monday using 1 ml of QV Test Enanthate in each delt with a 25 gauge, 1" pin. This was a welcomed change after my last cycle where I did 55 injections in 10 weeks using only the left and right quads.

What else is ideal for delts? How about Deca and/or Equipose as I am also doing those this cycle?

are you really asking what's good for that muscle.....? you can put any thing thats ment IM in any muscle .....! some hurt more than others ....delts are easy to inject in .

Sorry...I guess I was not clear with the question.

I was wondering what is most commonly injected in the delts and what is least painful.

ok here we go ...there isn't a "type of gear that people inject only in the delts "......
evch type of gear feals different ...some like prop hurt more than others...if this is a problem buy some b12to cut the pain

i used sterile oil instead of b12 for oil based gear b12 would work better for water based stuff IMO but if it works good for ya dont change.
