I'm doing a cycle of test enantat and deca I was wondering if I should do all 600 ml of test in one day a week or spread it out to twice a week?

why are you doing prop with enth......?
prop needs to be taken every day , enth once a week.you need to add a strong androgen to that to get some size.....I say tren.

You should divide the test enanthate into two weekly injections.

I like to spread them out twice per week just so I'm not injecting too much oil in one spot...BUT either way will work. The half life of both are in the 2-3 week range so your test levels wont spike too much. I think two per week provides more even levels though.

spread out in 2 shots a week...like Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Saturday...
