Ok I have been reading that Deca does not convert to estrogen but progesterone so what Anti E's should be taken?

Deca DOES convert into estrogen but at a rate of only about 20%. It by itself though does NOT convert into progesterone but is progesterone like in nature so therefore anti-e's or anti-a's are not the best choices.Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

I wouldnt worry too much about gyno from deca. If your taking Deca only reconsider. If you get gyno, it will be because of the Test 9 times out of 10.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
