Anabolic Diet Manual by ****rey Krabbe?!?!?!

Ok this is pissing me off. I read multiple sites that refer to this diet and how good it is. All these sites say that you really need the manual to follow it correctly. Ok well it would be nice if they said where to get this manual.

Has anyone tried this diet before? Is it worth it while on a cycle? Also could you point me to where I can find the manual or more info on the exact diet plans?
