I prefer to just lower carbs, not cut them out. ~100-150g a day keeps me feeling fine and keeps my muscles from going flat. It also makes dieting a lot easier.
i like AnotherUser's idea. i did ckd and it worked but there's no way youd be able to keep it up for more than a month IMO. youd have to seriously have to have something wrong with you. . it couldnt hurt to try it for like 2 wks though. i had some good results in 2 wks and plus youve got test so who knows.
i just started my 8-10 wk cutter and im only running test 500mg....would LOVE to run fina again but couldnt stand ed injects for 6wks again! im just gonna run a 2000 cal diet and with the addition of morning cardio 3-4x/wk. plus regular cardio and working out. i figure i'll be burning around 3000 cals a day, so thats like 2lbs of just fat a week and thats how i want to do it. im looking to trade 10-15lbs of fat for 10-15lbs of muscle basically.
with the t3 and clen/eca combo, and shit, the tren too, you should be looking good with that much cardio and a lower cal diet.
im sure you're all pumped and dedicated now, but if you decide to run a hardcore diet, im sure you'll end up looking for other options a few weeks down the road cause it's just too much.
just go with an lowered cal diet IMO. ive also got a similar thread in the diet forum if you want more specifics on what im gonna run.

i was thinkin of leavin the T3 for later on in the cycle like week 6-12 or some thing... since ill loss the most fat right on the start...
