As for thr GH i have never used it before and want to see how my body reacts first before i go over board..

I would either start the cycle with winny(or fina) and finish with fina(or winny). If you use one of them at the beginning it can act as a jumpstart while waiting on the longer esters (eq and test). Either one can be run at the end of the cycle to the beginning of clomid.

fina weeks 1-5
winny weeks 7-12

winny weeks 1-5
fina weeks 7-12
